Cir.14/2019 Arbitration Board Report on Flexi Leave
Dear Branch Secretary
As you are aware the Association took a claim to the Arbitration Board in respect of the right of APs appointed since the 1st of July 2013 to accrue flexi leave in certain Departments.
The outcome of the Board’s decision was not favourable to the Association in that the claim was rejected. You can find the Board’s report here.
The Executive Committee considered the outcome at its meeting on the 9th of September and, while disappointed with the decision, undertook to closely consider all other options in relation to progressing the matter.
