Enhancing our Leadership’ – A Seminar for AHCPS Members

As you will be aware, over the past two years the Association has offered a number of seminars on topics of relevance and interest to members within the Civil and Public Service. Each one of these events was very well attended and the feedback received was very positive.
Our last member event for 2019 is ‘Enhancing our Leadership’ – and is aimed at any members interested in learning about the latest approaches to developing their leadership abilities. The event will take place as follows:
Wednesday 20th November – at the Morrison Hotel, Lower Ormond Quay, Dublin 1.
The event will commence at 9.30am and finish at lunchtime and a light lunch will be provided. The event is free to AHCPS members.
The seminar will be facilitated by Roffey Park Institute and will feature a range of expert guest speakers on the following leadership topics:
- How can we enhance our leadership? Brief insights and content related to growth mindsets.
- How can we enhance our ability to lead with authenticity?
- How can we enhance our ability to have challenging conversations?
- How can we enhance our ability to use the power of stories to influence people?
In addition to the above topics, the seminar will also feature a presentation from Q4 PR on how AHCPS members can handle Oireachtas Committee appearances.
